I phoned at 0800 to get an emergency appointment for my wife and despite problems with Emiss, Mandy finally succeeded in booking my appointment. At all times she was charming and helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I would also like to thank Barbara (Nurse Practioner) for her kindness and understanding. How lucky we are to have a surgery like BMC on our doorstep. Thank you

BMC has a totally different atmosphere now. The receptionists are lovely and Dr. Osman is wonderful. The wait to get an appointment is still long but I'm sure that will improve as well.

The reception staff are lovely whether on the phone or in or in person I've never had a problem getting an appointment they actually go out of their way to help you,the doctors and nurses are brilliant I wouldn't change to another surgery if you paid me. Thanks for all you do

I have just returned From BMC & would like to pass on my sincere theme to the 2 receptionists on duty (Jean & think Jeanette) who had a long queue waiting at the door at 8am but still managed to have a smile & good word when opening the doors. Also of course Barbara the Nurse Practioner who is always a delight to be seen by & I feel privileged & relaxed when having an appt with her. My appt was made without problems. I was seen on time, made a further appt & could not have asked for better treatment or staff.
So "thank you" for all the hard work you put in which at times cannot be easy.

I have been meaning to contact you for a few weeks to say thank you for the amazing care I received from your senior receptionist Theresa.
My husband is a very sick man and there had been issues regarding his prescriptions. I asked to speak to you but in your absence Theresa spoke with me. She was kind, understanding but above all practical. She arranged for his prescription to be corrected and to be put in a 'dossett' box and delivered to our home. I have made some adjustments to this but it has made such a difference, as I still work full time. I feel ashamed I have not been back to say thank you to her but will remedy this in the near future.
You are lucky to have such a caring, thoughtful and compassionate lady in a responsible role at the practice, though I am sure you don't need me to tell you this.
